The first step is to book a free discovery call where we can chat about your ideas, space, colour preferences, and what you’re hoping the piece will evoke. This helps ensure the final artwork is a perfect fit for you.

How long does a commission take?
This depends on the size and complexity of the piece, as well as my current schedule. Typically, commissioned works take between 4–8 weeks from the time we finalize the brief. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.

How much does a commissioned artwork cost?
Prices vary depending on size, materials, and detail. Once we’ve had a discovery call and I understand your vision, I’ll provide a clear quote with no hidden costs. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and begin the work.

Do you ship artwork?
Yes, I ship both locally and internationally.

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping within Australia is free.

International shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and and invoiced to you prior to sending and after artwork payment. Generally you can expect costs of between $100 and - $200 AUD.

Tracking provided once your artwork is on its way.

Can I view your work in person?
Absolutely—if you’re local or visiting the area, I’d be happy to arrange a studio visit or let you know about upcoming exhibitions. It’s a great way to get a feel for the texture, colour, and scale of the work in real life.

What if I change my mind after purchasing?
I want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

For non-commissioned pieces, I accept returns within 7 days of delivery (no questions asked), provided the artwork is in its original condition. **Please note refunds will incur deduction of postage costs and a handling fee fee of 20%. Return of artwork will also be purchaser’s responsibility.

Commissions are non-refundable, as they are tailored specifically to you.

Do you offer payment plans?
